Chapter 6-7 Question 4

I think that if you have powers then you are a super hero. If you are a good person that treats people nicely then you are a hero. A super hero is a person that has super powers and uses them for good. But A hero doesn't necessarily need to have powers, you just need to be a good person and help people that are in need.

Chapter 6-7 Question 3

No I don't think it's his responsibility to help other people, but he just does it because he is a good person. If you have super you should use them for good, and help people that need help.
If you don't then you would be a coward because you can help people but you just don't want to. I think that that is equal to a villain.

Chapter 6-7 Question 2

I think that the main idea of the graphic novel is about Spider Man getting powers, and learning how to use them. He gets the power to jump really high, sense things if it is dangerous, and he has super strength. He also creates webs so that he has another power to shoot webs. At the beginning, he doesn't really use his powers to help people, he just does it to help himself. I also think it is just the beginning of the series so that they just show Mary Jane and Peter ( the main characters) and the villain (the green goblin) frst before any of the action starts in the other books.

Chapter 6-7 Question 1

Chapter 1 Powerless:
I think that chapter 1 has a good title, because it is talking about Peter not having super powers, which makes him powerless. I also think it is a bad title because some people have never read Spider man books, or seen the movie or the shows. That means that they don't know he is powerless before he gets bitten by the spider. If I could give it a title, I would call it Super Powers

Chapter 2 Growing Pains:
This chapter has a good name, because Peter gets 'growing pains' and when he gets his growing pains he becomes much stronger and he gets powers.

Chapter 3 Wannabe:
I have no idea why the author named this chapter wannabe, he doesn't want to be anybody so I don't think this title is good at all. If I was to name this Chapter, I would call it Power and Responsibility because he gets lots of power to beat the boxer, but he needs to be responsible as well.

Chapter 4 With great power:
I like this name because he defeats the crusher, and gets rid of those bad guys. He should of stopped the other guy though because he has great power so he should use it to help people. If he only helped stop that guy then his uncle wouldn't die.

Chapter 5 Life lessons:
I also like this chapter's name because his uncle died and he learned lots of lessons.

Chapter 6 Big time super hero:
This chapter has a lot to do with his new power, his webs and he fights the bad guy the green goblin. I think that it is an appropriate name because of this, and I like it as well.

Chapter 7 Revelations/Secret identity:
This Chapter is names revelations in the table of contents, but on the real page it is called secret identity. I like the name secret identity because Peter actualy pretends that he is trapped under a desk so that the people wouldn't know that he was fighting the green goblin.

Chapter 4-5 Question 3

I think that if every body had super powers, than it would be like no body has super powers. It would be like in another world no body could see hear or talk. Then one person goes in there world, so they would be considered a super hero. But in that book, noone would have that super power because it is a creation not a power, and the spider was destroyed.

Chapter 4-5 Question 2

I would improve him by giving him super sight, because real spiders have eight eyes so they probably see very well, but Peter only has normal sight, so it would make sence if they gave him super sight. In the book he has super strenght, but in the movie he doesn't so I think that that makes him a better super hero.
